The “Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team” Experience
The “Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team” experience is a series of workshops based on Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.” Using the Lencioni Team Pyramid Model, each of the five experiences, focuses on a single aspect of the pyramid.
The Five Behaviors® is the result of the partnership between Wiley Workplace Learning Solutions and best-selling author Patrick Lencioni. We are authorized Wiley partners, certified to facilitate this workshop. The mission is to deliver a premiere learning solution that improves team effectiveness and productivity through the understanding and application of The Five Behaviors: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. This unique learning experience helps build a culture of high-performing teams through better communication and collaboration.
The Process
First, each team member completes the “Five Behaviors Assessment.” After all members have taken the assessment, a detailed and insightful report is generated. This report scores the team in each of the five areas, identifying challenges and solutions for the team. Using the data in the assessment as leverage for change, he workshops deliver concrete results.
For the best results, we recommend each team member taking a 360 assessment and participating in coaching. Why? This enhancement facilitates individual professional development, while the Five Behaviors is focused on team development. Putting them together triggers accelerated results.
